Policies

In the Settings you can define your cancellation policies:

What are policies?

Your cancellation policies define how much of the original product price an agency gets back if they decide to delete the sale. A policy has an amount and a unit of time and a percentage. In the example above you can see 3 policies. These 3 Policies mean:

  • If the Agency cancels with a week or more left they get a full refund.
  • If the Agency cancels less than a week and more than 2 days before they get back 75%
  • If the Agency cancels less than 1 day from the date of the sale they get back only 50%

Rules

You must have a policy with 100% refund.

Creating Policies

You can create policies by clicking add policy and filling out a time unit, amount of that time unit and a percentage.

Keep in mind, that your first policy has to be the one with 100% refund.
