We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from the EU or the EEA, we follow the same principles.

This website has no user accounts, no forms and no purchases. It presents our company and our products.

Hosting: the site is served by an external hosting provider in the USA. Like every web server it records technical data for each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser used. These logs serve the security and operation of the site and are kept only for a short period. The transfer to the USA is covered by standard contractual clauses.

Fonts: the site loads the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from servers of Google LLC, USA, which receives your IP address in the process.

Language: your language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in that language next time. This is a purely functional setting. It contains no personal data and is never sent to us.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use what you send us to answer your request and keep the conversation as long as that purpose or the law requires.

You have the right to know whether we process personal data about you, to receive a copy, to have data corrected or deleted, and to object to a processing. Write to support@tourstrust.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

When you create an account we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and business details such as agency name, RUC and address.

We also process the data you enter while using the platform: vouchers, tourist details, service bookings and payment records.

Technical data such as device type, app version and usage statistics may be collected automatically to keep the service working and to improve it.

We use this information to provide and maintain the platform: managing vouchers, tourist records, accounting and payment tracking, authenticating your account, processing service requests and informing you about important updates.

Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Access to an agency’s data is restricted to the authorised users of that organisation and to ToursTrust administrators for support. If an agency uses salesman accounts, those users see the voucher and tourist data the agency administrator has configured for them.

We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the service, such as cloud infrastructure, and where the law, a legal process or a governmental request requires it.

You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time in your account settings or by contacting us, and you can request a copy of all data we hold about you or your agency.

You can delete your account at any time. This removes your personal data from our active systems. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

The mobile apps use no cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

We may update this policy. Significant changes to the part about the apps are announced in the platform or by email. Questions go to support@tourstrust.com.
