Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security audits.

Access to your agency data is restricted to authorized users within your organization and ToursTrust administrators for support purposes only.

If your agency uses salesmen accounts, those users will have access to relevant voucher and tourist data as configured by the agency administrator.

You may request a copy of all data we hold about you or your agency.
You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our active systems. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

Our mobile application does not use cookies. Our website may use essential cookies for functionality purposes.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how our platform is used, which helps us improve the service.
