Floreana was the first island to be settled and is today the least visited of the four. Its village, Puerto Velasco Ibarra, has a handful of guesthouses and no bank; most people see the island on a day tour from Santa Cruz, which combines the highlands with snorkeling at Devil’s Crown or along the coast.
